Orchard Court is an excellent residential care home for the elderly, in the town of Brigg, North Lincolnshire.
We provide personal care of the highest possible quality for all our residents, providing both short-term and long-term residential care for the elderly and those living with dementia. We also provide respite care for elderly people to give their carers a break.
Orchard Court is located just 2 minutes from Brigg town centre. It is an old coach house that retains many beautiful original features, while also having been selectively extended and modernised to offer a high standard of living to all residents. The care home is set in the privacy of extensive grounds and is within walking distance of local amenities including the Post Office, newsagent and chemist.

As an independent care home, we accommodate privately funded and socially funded elderly residents. All our residents are respectfully looked after, with specific attention to their individual care needs. We are completely dedicated to providing a safe, warm and comforting environment for all our elderly residents. We recognise that entering a residential care home can be difficult for all concerned and we try to make the transition as easy as possible by offering any support and assistance we can. Our elderly residential care services ensure the moving in process is as smooth as possible.
Safe and Caring
The success of our home is based on our wonderful care team. Thanks to them, we have a very happy home and happy residents. All our residential care team members are highly trained with regular refresher training, and training in the latest best practice, skills and knowledge. We are extremely proud to be leading the care industry with well over half our team members having an NVQ (or equivalent) qualification and many more studying for one. Our new team members receive thorough formal inductions and more personal support from their New Starter Champions.

Residents enjoyed a wonderfully interactive and tasty activity as they made their very own pizzas. Everyone had great fun choosing their favourite toppings, from classic cheese and tomato to more adventurous combinations, creating pizzas that were perfectly suited to their own tastes. There was lots of laughter, conversation, and creativity as each pizza came together, making it a truly engaging experience for all involved. The best part was sitting down together afterwards to enjoy their delicious homemade pizzas for tea, making it not just a fun activity but a lovely shared mealtime too. #homemade #residentschoice #orchardcourt # permission obtained to display photographs

Our lovely enjoyed a fun and engaging session of armchair exercises with Lulu, filled with gentle stretches and plenty of smiles. The session focused on keeping everyone moving in a safe and comfortable way, helping to improve flexibility, circulation, and overall wellbeing. Lulu guided residents through easy movements that could be adapted for all abilities, showing just how important it is to stay active, no matter your level of mobility. Activity Coordinator Shelly spent some meaningful one-to-one time with Betty during an individual wellbeing visit, where they enjoyed a warm and personal conversation about Shelly’s son’s upcoming wedding. This led to a lovely opportunity to sit together and look through Betty’s wedding photograph album, sharing the beautiful memories of her special day with her husband Ian. Betty spoke fondly as they reminisced, reflecting on such precious moments. She shared that she hadn’t looked at the photographs for a long time and truly appreciated the chance to revisit those cherished memories, making it a very special and uplifting visit.
